Interdisciplinary Concentrations

In this concentration, students enhance their understanding of issues and problems associated with community relations. They study the formation, nature, and internal and external relationships of a wide variety of human communities. Course offerings deal with both physical development and social interactional aspects of the contemporary community. Many students select this concentration as preparation for graduate-professional study in urban planning, social work, and municipal/public administration.
