In this concentration, students pursue interests in international relations, international economic and social development, selected major world areas, or other topical and thematic issues involving several nations and cultures around the world from a social sciences perspective. Graduates of this major have pursued advanced study in law, public policy, regional and cultural studies, and international relations. Graduates have also developed careers in a number of private businesses, governmental agencies, and non-governmental organizations dedicated to international development or international relief.
